Monitors construction, renovation, landscaping projects, structural changes and cosmetic upgrades. Knowledge of light control systems, AMX, security, intuitive 'smart home' systems, operation of special facilities such as a pool, sauna & spa, movie theater, golf & exercise rooms and offices. Coordinating activities related to household pets, veterinary office visits and grooming schedules.
The Modern Butler management covers, administration, safety, housekeeping, immediate & long-term maintenance, culinary, entertaining, pet care, transportation, travel and even an aircraft.
